When you send an email or telephone me about therapy or booking a session

I will interpret that as permission to contact you back and answer your query.

Confidentiality​

I am a UKCP registered Integrative psychotherapist and follow the UKCP code of ethics for  psychotherapists.  As a client everything you say in the therapy space is held as confidential, however there are some exceptions to this in law, for example; where I have serious concerns you will cause harm to yourself or others, or are going to engage in terrorist activities. I also have supervision for my work with a UKCP registered supervisor, who I bring elements of my work to; this is also held confidentiality and names are not shared.
